PRE-REGISTRATION

You may pre-register for the Εuroscience Mediterranean Event 2009 on-line, by fax or email.

A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you within two (2) working days after having received both the Registration Form and your payment. Should you not receive this letter, please contact the Congress Organiser.

The on-line payment process for Εuroscience Mediterranean Event 2009 is fully encrypted, in order to protect credit card transactions, using VeriSign SSL certificates.

You may also pre-register for the Euroscience Mediterranean Event 2009 by sending the registration form by e-mail or fax and your payment to the Professional Congress Organiser following the deadlines outlined in the table below.

From 10 October 2009 and onwards, registrations will be accepted only at the Congress Secretariat operating in the Congress Venue

* Scientists below 35 years are kindly requested to provide the Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) with a copy of their identity or passport.

* Applies only for the particular day of registration. Participants falling to this category will be able to pick up their daily passes only on the specific day they have registered.

For your information, please bear in mind that the registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Payment

-You can pay for your registration fee by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex*).
-Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Written cancellations and/or substitutions* will be accepted until 08/09/2009 and an administrative fee of €40 will be charges

There is no refund for cancellations received from 09/09/2009 and onwards.

After 09/09/2009 no substitutions will be accepted.

All refunds will be processed one (1) month following the conclusion of the congress.

* Substitute delegates will be accepted provided that they submit a Registration Form, duly filled in, for the replacing delegate.
